Tax Bureau US was founded by Enrolled Agents, the only federally licensed tax practitioners in the United States, on the idea of professionalism. Ever since our office was established, we have dedicated to provide professional tax and business services to our clients either inside or outside of the United States. 

Our team is made up entirely of Enrolled Agents. An enrolled agent (EA) is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service usually by passing a three-part Special Enrollment Examination, which is a comprehensive exam that requires them to demonstrate proficiency in federal tax planning , individual and business tax return preparation, and representation. EAs advise, represent and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and any entities with tax-reporting requirements. Federally licensed Enrolled Agents, like state licensed attorneys and certified public accountants (CPAs), have unlimited practice rights. This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.

Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is the highest credential the IRS awards! EAs can normally represent clients in any state in the United States or anywhere in the world if there is an IRS office. On the contrary, the state licensed attorneys and CPAs can only practice in the state where they got licensed.

We are authorized by the IRS as Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) to help alien or foreign individuals or entities to obtain an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) or an Employer Identification Number (EIN). The Certifying Acceptance Agent facilitates the application process by reviewing the necessary documents and forwarding the completed forms to the IRS. This will greatly shorten the processing time and keep the original ID documents in your hand instead of sending it to the IRS. We are also authorized by the IRS as e-file provider.

Our official logo consists of a shield bears patriotic star-spangled symbols and a scene reflecting the prosperity of America.
